Проектът Inclusive Child Participation Networks (ICPN) е европейска инициатива, координирана от Save the Children Italy и реализирана на европейско ниво от Save the Children Europe и SOS Children’s Villages International. Той обединява 18 организации от 11 държави с цел укрепване на участието на децата във вземането на решения както на национално, така и на ниво ЕС. Проектът се финансира по програмата CERV.
Един от основните резултати от проекта е Европейската мрежа за приобщаващо детско участие, която свързва националните мрежи за детско участие в цяла Европа, насърчавайки сътрудничеството и обмена на знания с цел развитие на приобщаващо и смислено участие на децата и младите хора.
Нашият консорциум
Консорциумът на проекта ICPN се състои от 18 партньорски организации, които работят заедно в 11 държави в Европа. Това отразява колективен и координиран подход, при който множество участници допринасят за постигането на обща цел.
Тези партньори работят както на европейско, така и на национално ниво, което позволява на консорциума да свързва работата в различни контексти. Участието на европейско ниво предполага по-широка, транснационална перспектива, докато работата на национално ниво показва ангажираност в рамките на конкретни национални условия.
Консорциумът обединява организации, които съчетават експертиза в областта на политиките, познания за приобщаването и пряка работа с деца и младежи.
Като цяло консорциумът може да бъде разбран като структура за сътрудничество, която свързва различни видове експертиза и нива на действие в цяла Европа, обединявайки допълващи се роли в рамките на единна проектна структура.

Across Europe
Through this country based partnership, the Inclusive Child Participation Networks (ICPN) project supports children and young people to participate meaningfully in decisions that affect their lives at local, national, and European level. It creates opportunities for their voices to be heard and to shape the policies and actions that impact them.
National partners work closely with children in their communities, ensuring that participation is grounded in their lived realities and responsive to diverse needs and experiences. At the same time, European level partners help connect learning across countries, amplify children’s voices, and contribute to policy influence and systems change at EU level.
By bringing together action at different levels, the project strengthens collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual learning across borders. It also helps ensure that approaches to participation are more inclusive, consistent, and impactful across Europe.
Together, we are building a stronger and more inclusive child participation ecosystem that enables children to engage meaningfully in the decisions that shape their lives today and in the future.
