Το έργο Inclusive Child Participation Networks (ICPN) είναι μια ευρωπαϊκή πρωτοβουλία που συντονίζεται από τη Save the Children Italy και υλοποιείται σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο από τη Save the Children Europe και τη SOS Children’s Villages International. Συγκεντρώνει 18 οργανώσεις σε 11 χώρες με στόχο την ενίσχυση της συμμετοχής των παιδιών στη λήψη αποφάσεων τόσο σε εθνικό επίπεδο όσο και σε επίπεδο ΕΕ. Το έργο χρηματοδοτείται από το πρόγραμμα CERV.
Ένα βασικό αποτέλεσμα του έργου είναι το Ευρωπαϊκό Δίκτυο για τη Συμπεριληπτική Συμμετοχή των Παιδιών, το οποίο συνδέει τα εθνικά δίκτυα συμμετοχής των παιδιών σε ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη, προωθώντας τη συνεργασία και την ανταλλαγή γνώσεων για την προώθηση της συμπεριληπτικής και ουσιαστικής συμμετοχής των παιδιών και των νέων.

Η κοινοπραξία του έργου ICPN αποτελείται από 18 οργανώσεις-εταίρους που συνεργάζονται σε 11 χώρες σε ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη. Αυτό αντικατοπτρίζει μια συλλογική και συντονισμένη προσέγγιση, όπου πολλοί φορείς συμβάλλουν στην επίτευξη ενός κοινού στόχου.
Οι εταίροι αυτοί δραστηριοποιούνται τόσο σε ευρωπαϊκό όσο και σε εθνικό επίπεδο, επιτρέποντας στην κοινοπραξία να συνδέει το έργο σε διαφορετικά πλαίσια. Η συμμετοχή σε ευρωπαϊκό επίπεδο υποδηλώνει μια ευρύτερη, διακρατική οπτική, ενώ η εργασία σε εθνικό επίπεδο υποδηλώνει δραστηριοποίηση σε συγκεκριμένα εθνικά πλαίσια.
Η κοινοπραξία φέρνει σε επαφή οργανώσεις που συνδυάζουν τεχνογνωσία σε θέματα πολιτικής, γνώσεις σχετικά με τη συμπερίληψη και άμεση εργασία με παιδιά και νέους.
Συνολικά, η κοινοπραξία μπορεί να θεωρηθεί ως μια δομή συνεργασίας που συνδέει διαφορετικούς τύπους τεχνογνωσίας και επίπεδα δράσης σε ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη, φέρνοντας μαζί συμπληρωματικούς ρόλους στο πλαίσιο ενός ενιαίου έργου.

Across Europe
Through this country based partnership, the Inclusive Child Participation Networks (ICPN) project supports children and young people to participate meaningfully in decisions that affect their lives at local, national, and European level. It creates opportunities for their voices to be heard and to shape the policies and actions that impact them.
National partners work closely with children in their communities, ensuring that participation is grounded in their lived realities and responsive to diverse needs and experiences. At the same time, European level partners help connect learning across countries, amplify children’s voices, and contribute to policy influence and systems change at EU level.
By bringing together action at different levels, the project strengthens collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mutual learning across borders. It also helps ensure that approaches to participation are more inclusive, consistent, and impactful across Europe.
Together, we are building a stronger and more inclusive child participation ecosystem that enables children to engage meaningfully in the decisions that shape their lives today and in the future.
